Welcome to Lone Star Mobile Health & Safety. By scheduling services, using our website, or participating in our training programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Lone Star Mobile Health & Safety provides mobile health and safety training, including CPR, AED, First Aid, Babysitter's Training, Stop the Bleed® training, and mobile notary services. Services are available by appointment and subject to availability.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. 
• Group training may require a deposit to reserve your date and time. 
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. 

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. 
• No-shows are non-refundable. 
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. 

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time and be prepared to participate. 
• Complete all required course components. 
• Successfully demonstrate the required skills to receive certification when applicable. 

Completion of a course does not guarantee certification. Certifications are awarded only after all course requirements have been successfully met according to the applicable training standards.

Our services are provided at the client's location or another mutually agreed-upon location. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for training or notary appointments.

Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

Clients must provide valid, government-issued photo identification and ensure documents are complete before notarization. We reserve the right to refuse notarization when required by Texas law or if legal requirements are not met.

Lone Star Mobile Health & Safety provides education and training designed to prepare participants to respond to emergencies. Participation in our courses does not guarantee a specific outcome in real-life situations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lone Star Mobile Health & Safety is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in our training programs, use of our website, or notary services, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All website content, logos, photographs, graphics, and written materials are the property of Lone Star Mobile Health & Safety unless otherwise noted. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website.
