Thank you for choosing Lone Star Mobile Health & Safety. Because appointments are scheduled during evenings and weekends and reserved specifically for you, we ask that you review the following policy before booking.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all individual classes and mobile notary appointments. 
• Group training (businesses, schools, churches, childcare centers, and organizations) requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and time. 
• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of training. 

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge. 
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. 
• If you need to reschedule after your one complimentary reschedule, a new booking fee may apply. 

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable and secures your training date. 
• Groups may reschedule with at least 7 days' notice, subject to instructor availability. 
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled training may result in forfeiture of all payments made. 

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit all payments made. A new appointment will require a new booking and payment.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Additional fees may apply.

If Lone Star Mobile Health & Safety must cancel due to illness, severe weather, or an unforeseen emergency, you may choose to:

• Reschedule at no additional cost, or 
• Receive a full refund of any payments made. 

Participants must successfully complete all required course components and demonstrate the required skills to receive certification when applicable. Failure to meet certification requirements does not qualify for a refund.

Your safety is important to us. If hazardous weather makes travel unsafe, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Travel within the New Braunfels area is included. Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard service area and are non-refundable once travel has begun.

By booking an appointment or registering for a class with Lone Star Mobile Health & Safety, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, as well as our Terms of Service.

If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. We are happy to work with you to find another available date.
